Addon Domain problem

Hi,
I'm trying to add the domain 7015a.com which I own to my account (gisight.x10hosting.com) as an addon domain but I keep getting an error message. The domain registrar is pointing to the right DNS (ns1.x10hosting.com) but I get this error message:

7015a.com is owned by another user.

7015a.com could not be setup. The subdomain 7015.gisight.x10hosting.com was not setup either.

I know the domain is free because it's mine. I think it may have to do with the fact that my first attempt to add the domain ended prematurely and may have caused some kind of problem.

Can anyone help me set 7015a.com as an addon domain to gisight.x10hosting.com?

Well, it looks as though, since you tried adding it before, that it is already in for you, either that or someone really did try and use the domain, for whatever purpose theyhave, and however they know. I am not sure, and one of the staff members will have to check it.

i get same problem too, my account is cseadmin and my url is csesol.x10hosting.com, and i cleared out my ftp and my cpanel don't work right either, help me out too after he gets help

Aside from using the cpanel to add on the domain we want, can't we use the site where we purchased the domain to point to to our free host subdomain? Like using the URL forwarding and such? Do we need to set up something in the cpanel in order to point my (top level domain)TLD to my x10hosting subdomain? Thanks in advance.
