    Setting up DNS Settings with GoDaddy

    Hello Guys,

    This is shaikh, need help configuring DNS with GoDaddy! i am creating a website for a Eductional Charitable Trust with helps children. coming to the point

    I bought a domain from Google Apps so i got pre-configured with Google Mails, docs etc.

    Now i only need Google Mail and Free Hosting Space from our great x10hosting.

    In GoDaddy Setting what i need to keep the Mail Alive, CNAME, MX etc and also what i should add for x10hosting so i can go live!

    Added, Do i need to change the nameservers too here I got ns01.domaincontrol.com and ns02.domaincontrol.com tried changing it to x10hosting one! my mail goes off.

    If you already set the A record, you don't need to change nameservers.

    The A record lets you keep DNS at GoDaddy (so they mange your mail servers). If you choose to use x10's name server's, to continue using your mail, you would need to enter the MX Records into cPanel.
