Account Suspended & Account Login Error

Hello.

I run www.toastedgaming.elementfx.com through x10hosting. I was recently doing some FTP file moving to get some themes on to my SMF forum. My account was suspended, I believe, because of it.

I would have applied for un-suspension, as I did last time, but I cannot. Everytime I go to login, i'm faced with a red box that says "It appears that we are having some slight difficulties, please wait and try your request again. (71EB2F59)". And, I continue to try again with no success.

I don't really care if the account login isn't fixed soon. I would just like my account unsuspended.
