unable to login to my control panel

Control panel hasn't been working for me for a long time.

I login to cPanel from my Account Management Panel page and it goes to the following link.

https://chopin.x10hosting.com:2083/login/

After that, I get the error message "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage". Its not even asking for my control panel user ID and password. Can someone kindly assist? Thanks.

What happens when you try http://chopin.x10hosting.com:2082/ ? The :2083 link is a Secure Link, and if something is blocking the connection or the Certificate is being denied, it'll cause that error to occur. The link you posted does work for me.
