im getting this message while login to cpanel and webmail :-

what to do ? is it safe to proceed ?

It is a known issue. The security certificates for the x10hosting servers are 'self-signed' due to the recent movements. That is what causes the alert. It is fine to proceed.

An alternative would be to use http instead of https. (http://chopin.x10hosting.com:2082/ ) But then, http is less secure than https.
