PhpBB3 500 Internal Server Error

I am currently attempting to install PhpBB3 on my website but I keep getting the 500 Internal Server Error, I have no clue what is wrong as the Chmods are correct...
I earlier was attempting to use a backup copy but the same error appeared.
Would someone please help as I wanted to use X10hosting for my Evony Alliance, but I can't add a forum and that is essential for us.

If it is not allowed for me to use PhpBB3 on X10hosting, please tell me, as when I was reading through the TOS and the Rules I didn't happen to see anything of the sort. Also, it would be very nice if you could reccomend a free PHPBB for use on X10hosting that is hosted onsite.

If it is allowed, why am I getting this error?

PhpBB3 is allowed on x10Hosting. You are sure you have nothing set to a CHMOD of 777, correct? You have a page up on your site at the moment saying the forums are down so I cannot see if the error is still occurring.

EDIT: Found it. Still occurring. Check over the CHMOD settings once again making sure nothing is set to 777. If every file has been checked and the same result is occurring, let us know.
