Help me please!

Hi! I had a website a while back, but I was busy and forgot about it, so it got deleted. Now I have to start over from scratch...I dont remember where I should put my php files (it worked before) so they work, and I also dont know why when I click on my items I uploaded it gives a 404 error. how can I get music to play on my website and change "index of/" and the white background to something cool? I know I sound really dumb, but I haven't done this for a really long time.

You should upload your files to inside the public_html folder.

Edit: I second guessed my answer and went to look at your site to see if I understood your problem correctly. What you did was upload everything into your cgi-bin, which is disabled for all free accounts because of abuse and there's no eta on if it'll ever be enabled again.

I noticed what you uploaded there as well. Your account is now permanently suspended.
