Can't change my domain to my TLD, and no reply from you :S

Hello Admins,

I have been waiting for over 2 days to use your hosting service and now after my hosting account is activated,

I can't use my domain, it tells me "The domain you have supplied is already in use."

SO what can i do?

When people do something wrong, you should give them a chance, i have got my own original copy from Vbulletin yesterday, then why get suspended again, did you check my new files to say if i am going to use nulled or not?
