The reason's pretty clear here, says you put a proxy on your account which the TOS that you agreed to flat out says isn't allowed.
Edit: I also just verified it is definitely there. You are permanently suspended and cannot be granted access to your account for any reason; thanks for using x10hosting!

TOS breakers will be suspended regardless of race, creed, national origin, hair color, or favorite food. Thanks for your understanding!
