Unsuspend Please

Can someone please help me in unsuspending my hosting account? I believe it happened due to inactivity, which is true, I haven't been using it recently but want to start again.
Please help.

Please post your cPanel username so that we can investigate farther.
Also, do you remember the last time, (before today), that you logged into the forums?

No, I'm not sure about that, I recieved the notification that my account has been suspended sometime in July 2010.
My cPanel username is "cme"

I can find no record of your hosting account.
And, if your account was suspended in July it has very likely been permanently deleted.
Feel free to sign up for a new free hosting account.

One more question, how do I create a new free hosting account? Will I need to do it with another email? And what would happen to my forum account?
