I think he might be talking about the ads that x10hosting force you to ad.

If this this the case, they must be publicly viewable without people having to scroll to see the ads.

In the case that its your own google ad code, you can place that anyone within your page, as long as you place the x10hosting ad code so that the ad is viewable without scrolling. Edit: by Phil - Wrong.. Please just ask Corey if you can place your own google ad's on your page.
