PHP - Could Not Open Socket

Hi There,

I'm wondering if this is a problem with the server or "Solve Media's" Captcha script, it is a contact form with a captcha. At the process where the form get's sent to my email it says "Cannot Open Socket" or something like that.

The "solve media" script is a modification of reCAPTCHA.

UPDATE: I removed the solve media script, the contact form seem'd to work but I have not recieved the mail (even in spam), it's just a Google Mail account.

Any Ideas?

Outbound requests on port 80 have been blocked due to abuse by proxies, etc.

That might be the cause of your problem.

Oh... that explains why my ping script does not work. Have you any solutions? or should I just direct the form to another server then back to this one.
