Can't login to FTP/ C-Panel

Hi, I unsuspended my account in September, and did not check if my sites were working or not( I believe not). Today I just wanted to retrieve some files from my directories but I can't login to c-panel, nor my ftp accounts. All pages seem to be down as well. Please assist.

Hello,

Seem the unsuspension indeed failed, to the extent that the server still believed it to be suspended.

We clear out old suspended accounts periodically, after the account have been listed as suspended for more then 14 days. The check is made in such way that two things has to match, it would have checked the account status (server side) and also check if there was indeed an active redirect to suspended page as well.

Sadly it does look like your account would have been purged from the system.

Unfortunately not, when an account is terminated all data is removed.
