Problems with Starka

I was kinda wondering if there were problems with Starka, everytime I try to load a webpage, cpanel or access it through filezilla I encounter nothing but excruciating slowness.

I know it's a free webhost server and some slowness is to be expected, but not like this. I've been here at x10 for the past year and half and its never been like this when I had accounts on Chopin and Boru.

Really would appreciate some feedback on what could be causing the problem.


Edit: Half the time I'm getting mysql timeouts.
