The chat script is also not allowed. I will bug an admin to see if the phishing was a false positive, but the chat script is a zero tolerance.

Even if the phishing violation / suspension was to be reversed, (unlikely), there is still the matter of the chat script which is also a zero tolerance offense so, either way, your account is going to remain permanently suspended.
