Hello,

The account creations are put into a queue, which may take up to 72 hours for the account to be fully created. Usually this is done within 24 hours. Please allow up to 72 hours for creation though, if it has not been created at 72 hours then reply and let us know.

All ok. Noticed said to allow 1 hour!
