is chatscript or shoutbox allowed to host? I want to create website networking site , but i want to know first if shoutbox or chat is allowed to add on site..

Hello. From our Terms of Service:

* Shoutbox\Chat Scripts: Use of these scripts is strictly forbidden due to the amount of MySQL queries they take. Accounts found with chat scripts or shoutboxes will be suspended.

So no, chatscripts aren't allowed because they take up way too much resources.

That probably wouldn't work either. The problem isn't with the amount of data being stored in the database, but with the number of SQL queries (Read/write) it makes in so little time.

oh sad. what if i will not use x10 sql for chat and shout.. I will use the filesystem.. I will store data on txt file not on sql.. Or what if i will connect to my other sql through remote sql?
