Suspended twice in 5 minutes

All I've been doing is setting up a Wordpress site, but my account got suspended. I unsuspended it, uploaded a 295k file and then my account got immediately suspended.

Did I really do something that bad? I can't see how a small plugin upload is a high use of system resources. I'm not sure if I'll end up getting banned for simply activating a plugin in my WP Dashboard. Any advice?

I just got suspended again, despite not having uploaded anything. All I was doing was typing up a blog, when I went to post it I'd been suspended for the third time in 30 minutes. What's going on?

Hmm what plugins are you running on your site? Some plugins (or combinations) can cause issues.

Logging into the WP Dashboard seems to have caused my account to get suspended again, so I'm deactivating the Stats plugins to see if that helps. Here are the notifications I've had.
