I want to know if your free service can help me to setup my site with phpmotion or clipbucket because when i try to set up askme about usr/php and usr/mmpeg configurations and i can find them

FMPEG and mmpeg are not installed on free since we don't allow file storage/file hosting, which includes video hosting like what clipbucket allows. It's also a major drain on resources.
