ssl transport is not enabled + help

Dear X10 support,
Can you please enable the ssl transport for my account.
I have to use zend library
http://framework.zend.com/download/gdata/

to write events to google calender.With out ssl transport that is not happening.By ssl transport I mean that
if X10 is blocking the outbound ssl connections to Google, or if I need some special 'permission' to do this out bound connection.
Also that this used to work on boru when I was on free hosting but with illuminated server this is not functioning.

If you can find me the port I can unblock it... at the moment outgoing 443 is not blocked which is the standard SSL port.

Thank You for the reply.
The port number my code accesses(Zend library that accesses ) is 443.Though the port is open, there is this error coming.Can you please suggest?
The error is as follows
