I'm able to access your site pretty quickly here in US. It might be the speed of your ISP over there. Alot of factors of speed involve your own computer, your internet service provider, and then the servers that your account is on. Another possibility is that there was a brief overload of x10hosting's servers due to the few recent threads I've seen of high resource usage suspensions, therefore some accounts took over most of the server resources causing your site to slow down, briefly.
