when i upload a new file to the chopin server it doesnt update it has nothing to do with cache because it has been 3 days after uploading the new files and my browser deletes the cache everyday.

What directory do you put them in?

Do you have an example (you don't have to give the domain, just the /path/to/file.html )

i put it in the public_html folder and just deleted all the files in it and the web page still works.

what do you see a slideshow sort of thing with word on it. thats not it there is a new one because my site was being updated so that is the page that should display.

You said you removed all the files. I should not see anything.
