hi my hosting has been suspended and cannot be resolved automatically, please help. I can see that the last time I was on was 28 Nov, and knew that I had to be logged at least once a month, but this is not because of that. Why have i been suspended? can i please have the suspension lifted? Many thanks

my apologies, for some reason I had no idea (inclination even) that there were such rules.
While my process is slow my intention was to eventually develop a website using the files I was uploading and make these available to those who wished to download them.
Does this mean that I am no longer able to host with you?
