I can't login into CPanel. The account is said to be on hosting server boru. I'm trying with the correct password and username but whenever I do so, nothing happens as if the page only reloads after I click login (or press enter).

I tried to login using the url:
https://boru.x10hosting.com:2083/

I also have tried Firefox and Internet Explorer as browsers but the same happens.

What can I do to login into CPanel?
