    Before I create a site on my free account, I would like to ask If this kind of script 'JohnCMS' is allowed to run on your free account hosting? Need your advise about it. Thanks

    What does the script do? Is it PHP based? Do you have a link to the site that created/distributes the CMS?
    Nothing is always absolutely so.
