Can't help ya there; under the Warez and Copyright Infringement sections of our TOS your account was permanently suspended and cannot be unsuspended for any reason. This also includes backups as access was revoked to the entire account, so we can't get in there to get them.
The TOS made it quite clear we don't allow emulators or copyright infringement - the emulator/private server breaks the Warez/Emulators section, the cache files violate Copyright Infringement.
TOS breakers will be suspended regardless of race, creed, national origin, hair color, or favorite food. Thanks for your understanding!

I'm not sure I follow you; do you mean when someone views the page does it say you were suspended?
If so, yes. Your account redirects to the x10hosting suspended page.
