Just said it on IRC, but nope, because the AUP for free hosting (which is what Prime puts you on) still applies, and forging headers of emails is still not allowed.
TOS breakers will be suspended regardless of race, creed, national origin, hair color, or favorite food. Thanks for your understanding!
