hello Web master, my account has been suspended due to use chat script. i will remove that script just now please unsuspend my account.. thank you

TOS quite clearly indicates this:

* Shoutbox\Chat Scripts: Use of these scripts is strictly forbidden due to the amount of MySQL queries they take. Accounts found with chat scripts or shoutboxes will be suspended.

Because of this, the suspension is permanent and cannot be revoked. Access to the account has been permanently removed, and we can no longer provide backups either.
