When I connect to my ftp I don't see any files in my site area?

Guys please help when I connect to my ftp I don't see any files in my site area. look at screenshot below Please help me I want to upload stuff to my wordpress area but I can't see the files to upload them to.

are you connecting with your cPanel username, or with an account you have setup in cPanel? If the later that would likely open up the folder you appointed to that ftp user, most likely the folder for an addon domain.

no I am connectinf with my ftp host, user, and pass.

are you using a username in the form name@domain.co.cc ? If so that would be an ftp account you created in cPanel which only have access to one specific directory located INSIDE the public_html directory

Try using the exact same username and pass as you use for logging into cPanel.
