Wordpress upgrade and suspension

I, i've installed wordpress using your free hosting. Today i upgraded to the last 3.0.4 and my account has been suspended. It was only un upgrade! This is my second suspension. Can you suggest me others upgarde strategies to avoid this problem? If my account will be suspended for the third (or the fourth...) time how can i reactivate it?

At the moment your account is not suspended.

You might have suspended for high resource usage. If the 3rd time you suspended for the high resource usage then you have to post here so any staff member can unsuspend you.
