I am on the starka server and it seems very very slow today. This has causes MySQL errors a few times but for the most part pages are just painfully slow. It takes the index of my forum about 5 minuets to fully load. Could you see if there is a problem on your end? Thanks.

Starka might have been under heavy loader earlier this morning. Seems to be loading up quickly on my end.

Once again it seems some one must be hogging all the resources making my site unreachable at times! Dont you guys have some sort of restriction in place to prevent other users from over using others resources or are the servers being over sold, so to speak, these days? I have used you guys several times before and NEVER had this kind of problem.

Yes we do. This event looks like something else though as it isn't normal. Your server is up and working just fine right now though.

The other thing to note is the system we use for the high resource stuff -does- work, but it also doesn't suspend instantly when someone exceeds the limits - if it did, then pretty much everyone on free hosting would be suspended, even if they used more than the limit on CPU for 0.01 seconds. It does allow some tolerance cause often an app uses a lot of cpu but finishes running in under a tenth of a second.
The -real- problem is after suspending someone who was abusing resources, the server's got a backlog of requests to catch up on from when the user was abusing the service. It takes a bit for it to catch up, especially since there's now more requests coming in from people mashing refresh
Not saying it was actually abuse that caused this slowdown, just pointing out if it was why it doesn't recover instantly.

12 hours later and I still cant get help? Much less access my site! Well I can access the index, but everything else just loads and loads forever. I have given pages over 2 minuets to load and nothing!

72 hours and no response? 72 hours latter and I am once again unable to access my site. Wow service has really gone down hill bad here the past few years. You guys used to be great! Not anymore...

When i visit your site i get linked to a co.cc page.
Additionally an issue with pages taking forever to load would not usually be due to the server. I see this once in a while, it is usually due to bad DNS entries, bad PHP code, or bad modules/addons in a website.
