Can't access my cPanel on stoli

Answer from mozilla is "server takes too long to answer", seems like a timeout. Maybe related to starka? Can you advice? Thank you.

cPanel may have been down earlier. I am able to reach the login page for your cPanel however, so it is up. If you are having problems reaching cPanel on Stoli however, it may be related to a firewall on the network blocking the ports cPanel can be reached on.

Yeah, now that I see the connection string it's most likely the firewall blocking the port. I'll check if FTP works, if not I won't be able to use your services.

Confirmed that the issue was solved, do I have to do anything special to have it closed? Can't figure it out.

BTW... with any luck could you provide me with my ftp details? (just the server name is ok, I have the credentials).

oh, ok I won't feel bad using it for all other requests then.

Everything's been working fine till yesterday evening (from home), but today I seem to be unable to access the ftp server - I made some adjustments on my office network and the cPanel is now working, tho the filemanager still doesn't.

I can't seem to be able to access the FTP server tho - I don't get asked for credentials and client says "Connection timeout". I tried to access another FTP server on the internet and reached it with no problem.
I'm using this: (port 21, overlord.x10.mx, username overlord - password: the one used for cPanel). am I doing something wrong? thanks.

PS - I should be arriving with ip 83.224.72.254. It's static.
