Can't delete email address

I created a email account when I used the subdomain provided by x10 hosting. And then I moved to my own custom domain. Now if I delete the email through the cPanel Email accounts; that was created for the .x10.mx domain, an error "Account doesn't exist" is displayed. This is stopping me from creating an extra address. How to delete this previous address?

I will escalate this so an admin or account manager can fix this.
