Hello, 2 problems encountered so far

Hello, would like to say its a brilliant site, which is why I have moved my site (in production) from another host to over here now
The first problem is more pressing,
I have to install a module (CiviCRM) on my Drupal CMS but when i go to the install page (http://talentcentre.elementfx.com/sites/all/modules/civicrm/install/index.php) as outlined, I get the following.
    "Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, no-reply@x10hosting.com and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request."
I understand you may not be able to completely help me with this as it may be a coding issue or such, but if I could access the server error logs and find out exactly what went wrong, the community on other forums might have some help. (The error log on cPanel is empty.)

The second problem is to do with a suspension. I was told I was suspended (which I later unsuspended) due to high usage. Being the only person with access to this site, I was wondering how this is possible.

    Thank you
    Nizar

High resource usage can be caused by a single script using allot of CPU time, like installers, or some plugins like cache or SEO plugins i see cause high resource usage.
Error messages can be found in the same folder in error_log

Also, i'm not sure how drupal works, but sites/all/modules/civicm doesn't exists.
I would recommend that you make sure any php scripts are 644 or 755. Anything higher will cause an internal error.
    Just leading the flock.
