unable to open ftp account

i am unable top open my ftp account ..
when i am opening it in filezilla !

it is showing following error !

i am facing this problem from last 2 days...

It is because the nameservers for the x10hosting are

ns1.x10hosting.com
ns2.x10hosting.com

You have to change them to correct one.

Then after DNS propagation the domain and ftp works.
