That will not be possible. Shoutbox scripts are clearly outlined as disallowed in the Terms of Service that you agreed to when you signed up and by breaching this agreement your account will not remain permanently suspended. You will not be given access to your files before they are deleted.
Additionally, please do not spam the forums with multiple threads on the same topic.

Never. The only thing that -will- happen is the account will eventually be purged from the system, but there won't be access allowed to the account for any reason.
