Since no admins responded to this thread for that long, I'm going to escalate it. After escalation this thread will appear closed but just click the yellow bar at the top of the page to enter your escalated ticket. From there, you'll correspond with admins that help you, but don't ever bump the ticket because that will cause it to lose it's place in the queue for the admins to see and respond.
