I beg apology that you found r57 shell in my hosting account . I promise that i will delete that shell from my account immediately after unsuspending my account. I will be very greatfull to you if you unsuspend my account. I promise that i will never do this mistake again.

Unfortunately, it is too late for that. The files should never have been there in the first place, as the terms of service very clearly outline. Therefore, your account will remain permanently suspended and you will not be given access to your files prior to their deletion.

Or, since you put our hosting service at risk, how about I tell you 3 things:

1) You're permanently suspended, PERIOD.
2) I'm closing this ticket, and
3) This issue is closed, this is a permanent suspension, and reopening the ticket would -not- go over well.
