About LinkBacksThere are two buttons on my hosting account page. One allows me to log in to cpanel, the other allows me to log into webmail. but whether I click on the first one or the second, my browser cannot display the page. Why?

There are two buttons on my hosting account page. One allows me to log in to cpanel, the other allows me to log into webmail. but whether I click on the first one or the second, my browser cannot display the page. Why?

what address does it show in the address bar of your browser after clicking? Those buttons should basically be fancy links with login parameters sent along.

The address after I clicked on "Login to Cpanel" is https://starka.x10hosting.com:2083/login/
The other one for "Login to Webmail" is https://starka.x10hosting.com:2096/

I found out my problem: I have a remote firewall that's blocking port 2083. Thanks for your help!
