Account Suspended Twice

Hello ,
I am holding an free account with you, my application is yet to launch and we are in developing stage, but our account got suspended twice today, for the reason of High resource usage, how can the usage be high when we are still in developing stage, can u look into details and tell what is the real problem for this issue, It would be great if you can tell any appropriate solution for this problem.

Your file view_members.php used nearly 100% of a CPU multiple times for about 30 seconds each occurrence. This trigger the system to suspend the account on both occasions.
