Site is not opening

Hi,
I have created a site named http://kumardh.x10.bz
it was running properly till yesterday(2nd Jan 2011). But when I am opening it today it says site not found.
Please help me in this regard .
what could be the problem and also I am not able to login to the control panel
when ever I open this url https://starka.x10hosting.com:2083/login/ it says Page can not be displayed.

I highly advise that you read your suspension reason in your account panel. Your account is permanently suspended for breaking TOS that you agreed to when you signed up for the account. No backups are allowed.

To be honest Cali, it wasn't when he posted. It was -after- he posted because I found several violations of Copyright Infringement, and a minimum of 2 photos with nipples before I stopped looking for more since so many of the images were cut+pasted.

His own disclaimer indicated they were from "the net" and that "the author of this blog is not responsible for its content." Which of course, brings up questions of Fair Use (which I'm ruling "not even close since you didn't even bother to cite the source and pretty much the -entire- site was made with content not originally yours), besides that if he's not responsible for it, who is, since the TOS only allows -him- to host content on the account?


dk: if you're not catching the point with my mini-rant here, it's that I'm having an extremely difficult time figuring out why you thought that kind of site would fly once we found it. We've got pictures stolen from their original sources without attribution, images bordering on pornography or flat out crossing the line into Adult Material, and a disclaimer that says you can't be held responsible. The problem is, you can, and you have been.
