Your account has been permanently suspended and cannot be unsuspended for any reason; Copyright Infringement is a MAJOR crime in the US, even without the adult material, which is also a zero tolerance suspension.

There's no way to get it unsuspended under a permanent suspension with a violation as severe as this one.

No; that'd require access to the account, which was revoked under the suspension.

Plus, most of the images aren't yours and that's what actually got you suspended - if we were to engage in providing those copyright infringing files back to you, then we'd be guilty of distribution of copyright infringing material, which we're not going to risk.

It's part of the TOS that backups are your responsibility anyways.
