Forum account not adding credits

Dear X10 support..
My forum account is not giving me any credits.
I currently have 100 posts and I wanted to be active on the forums.
But somehow every other guy has some forum credits in his/her account.
But I donot have any.
I saw Corey's post saying that certain credits will be given to forum members pertaining to the thread,length of post etc.
I have all kinds of posts in many threads and I did not get atleast once credit until now.
Please help.

Not sure about the credits though, guess we could slap corey around till he answers us.

I am strictly warned not to PM the X10 support.
Also none answers if I have put it in the prime forums.
Dont know what happened to the reputed and esteemed x10 support.

I was investigating for your other thread, I just hadn't found out anything worth mentioning yet. It appears that you are the only one with the problem, but I suspect that it's everyone with a prime membership. I don't have a way to keep track of who is earning credits, so it's hard to determine anything at all.

We do take support requests seriously. Please bear with us while we try to find the problem and a solution.

I checked the perms briefly, and Prime Members should have credits added just like every one else.

I'll dig a bit deeper into the permissions system though

If none helps for this long a time, Is there anyway to solve the problem?
If support is not able to help then who can help?
I am also a illuminated member.
This is a free hosting forum but in the prime forum also, I had posted.
None other than me replied to that post.
What kind of a support is this? are you all set in some kind of tough work?
I am vexed.
Can I PM You guys along with a PM to Corey?
What is the priority support you promised for illuminated people?

We still have the priority support - this one's a much trickier issue than normal because it's affecting 1 person. There's not even another account to compare against and see what they have in common, which is usually how bugs get fixed.


Edit: Also I'm betting no one replied in the other one because no one who read it knew what was causing the issue, and we're supposed to refrain from replying with "I don't know" :S
