Log in to cpanel failed

Hi, I have resolved the problem about my remote firewall and could see the log in page to cpanel and webmail. But after entering my username and password, it kept say "login attempt failed" both in cpanel and webmail. What seems to be the problem now?

make sure your using your cpanel username, not your forum username.
