    Moodle is a resouce hog.....Help?

I am using Moodle (installed from Softalicious) for testing. I have very little beyond the base site installed and got suspended for high resource usage. A search of the forums shows several others have the same problem. Apparently Moodle is a hog.

Anyone know enough about Moodle to help adjust resource usage?

If a web chat is enabled, you should disable it since it's not allowed anyway and will increase the load on the server. Moodle's website doesn't offer any tips for low resources (only for high resources) but you can probably ask on their forum. I haven't seen anyone mention a way to get Moodle to play nice on the forum here, but it should be possible.
