Permanent suspension?

I've tried to unsuspend my account. But that appears to no longer be an option for me. Am I permanently banned?

Yours is glitching at the moment cause it's not supposed to be going to the suspended page, hang on.

Resolved but there's one piece left; head to the Account Panel and put in a password change request; somewhere during the last unsuspend it got interrupted and failed to unsuspend properly, which also corrupted the password; I gave it a random temporary one so it can be changed without causing problems (hopefully), but it'll block access to cpanel until replaced with a better one.
