It appears you were suspended due to marking emails from x10 as Spam.
This disrupts the service as other users don't receive emails like activation emails when they sign up.

The "zt" in the new suspension reason is short for Zero Tolerance, which means we can't remove the suspension.

The reason for the first one was high resource usage; that's a fixable suspension. Reporting x10hosting emails as spam when they're not, that's not a fixable suspension, for the same reasons Masshuu detailed above. At this point there isn't anything you can do.
