how to delete account?

Ok the lack of catch-all email forwarding is a necessity for me, and as x10hosting free has catch-all email forwarding disabled I have to move on!


How do I delete my account?

Have you considered Google apps?...there is a free edition. If not:

Please paste the following text in, filling in all of the relevant details, and an account manager or administrator will then delete your account:

Account Deletion Request - Please delete my free hosting account.

( ) Inserting an X inside the parentheses signifies that I have made all necessary backups of my free hosting account and will not hold x10Hosting responsible for any data I am unable to recover after my free hosting account is deleted. I have moved my nameservers already.

Can you also delete my forum account?

I have now set your account so that it will be terminated sometime after a 14 day waiting period.
We cannot delete forum accounts.
