Account suspended email

I received an email saying that my account had been suspended. When I logged on it wasn't and my websites are still online. Could someone confirm if it is suspended and if so why.

Thanks for the reply. Would it be possible to unsuspend my account as long as I remove this website? It seems to still be online so you may want to delete the files off the server.

Script hosting is a zero tolerance violation of x10hosting's TOS that you agreed to when you signed up. The suspension is permanent.
