You were permanently suspended for file hosting copyrighted mp3 files - we don't expedite erasure of these accounts. The system automatically purges them some time after 14 days.

Granted, you -have- been suspended for 14 days. That just means it could purge you any day now, although it wouldn't surprise me for it to not purge it either if the termination script happens to be offline.


In any case, you also forgot to put the X inside the indicated area that said you took backups, so we wouldn'tve been able to terminate it even if you -hadnt- broken the TOS massively.
